The Opportunity:
ANZUK is proud to partner with a reputable Early Childhood service within the Maroubra area in their search for a Diploma Educator to join them on a full-time basis. The centre has been supporting families for over 10 years and has formed deep bonds with the local community. This is a fantastic chance to join a beautiful community-focused Early Learning Centre where the children and their families are at the heart of what they do. The centre is extremely team-focused and has succeeded in creating a culture built on collaboration and support.
You will benefit from working closely with ECT trained Room Leaders and a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high-quality programs throughout the service.

Type: Full-time
Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Staffing: Very low staff turnover. Service consistently maintains staffing levels above the required ratio, with their friendly and longstanding team!
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Full working rights in Australia, with no working restrictions
- Proven experience working in Australian Early Childhood Education settings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team mentality
- Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
- Valid Working With Children’s Check
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications
