We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead the Babies Room (0-1 years) at a beautiful, family-owned centre on the Lower North Shore.

This is a permanent Babies Room Leader opportunity, leading the 0–1 years room alongside a dedicated team. Who You’ll Be:
You’ll have experience working within early childhood settings and a genuine passion for supporting babies during their earliest stages of development. Whether you’re an experienced Babies Room Leader or a Diploma Educator ready to step into leadership, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll bring strong communication skills, confidence leading a team and a commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
The ideal educator will hold:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Current Working With Children Check
