Tanglin Trust School’s unique Gippsland Campus is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Geography Teacher to join its growing residential learning community. Located in the picturesque town of Rawson, at the foothills of the Victorian Alps, the Gippsland Campus is home to Tanglin Trust School’s pioneering Highlands Programme, a transformational five-week residential experience that forms a cornerstone of the Year 9 journey. Designed to foster Curiosity, Confidence and Community, the programme combines academic learning, outdoor adventure, personal growth and community living in a way few schools around the world can offer.

As an extension of one of Singapore’s leading international schools, the campus provides students with an immersive educational experience that moves beyond the traditional classroom. Students are encouraged to develop independence, resilience, leadership and a deeper understanding of the world around them through authentic, real-world experiences. Teachers play a central role not only in academic instruction but also in pastoral care, outdoor education and community life, helping create an environment where young people can thrive both personally and academically. This is far more than a traditional teaching position. It is an opportunity to help shape an innovative educational model, work alongside a passionate and collaborative team, and contribute to a programme that leaves a lasting impact on students long after they return to Singapore.
