What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Love: Support the nursery room by creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
- Play and Learn: Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that encourage curiosity and joy.
- Build Bonds: Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local Dee Why community.
- Inspire and Grow: Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a supportive, professional environment.
- Stay Sharp: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.
What we need from you:
- Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-assessed equivalent
- Experience in an Australian early childhood setting (preferred but not essential for strong Cert III candidates)
- Understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and a willingness to learn and grow
