I’m recruiting for an established early learning service in Freshwater looking for an Early Childhood Teacher to step into a Room Leader position.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking the lead, thinking creatively and creating an environment where children are encouraged to question, experiment, explore and discover.
This is an opportunity to do more than just deliver a curriculum. You’ll have the freedom to influence the educational program, introduce new ideas and help create experiences that children remember.
WHAT WILL YOU BE GETTING INVOLVED IN?
- Leading the planning and delivery of an engaging, play-based educational program.
- Creating experiences that reflect children’s interests, ideas and developmental needs.
- Supporting and mentoring educators within your team.
- Building meaningful relationships with families and the wider community.
- Driving continuous improvement and contributing to educational excellence.
- Creating an environment where children feel confident to explore, experiment and take ownership of their learning.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in an early learning environment.
- Experience leading a team or readiness to step into a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS.
- Confidence in curriculum planning, observations and documentation.
- Someone who enjoys sharing ideas, taking initiative and bringing creativity into everyday practice.
