The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma qualified Room Leader in a permanent full-time role. 4 days per week may also be considered. You'll enjoy a fortnightly rotating roster, providing stability and consistency in your week. As Room Leader, you'll guide and support a small team of educators, contribute to program planning, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the curriculum. This centre places strong emphasis on educator wellbeing, offering professional development, regular non-contact programming time, and above-award pay.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families
You will also need (or be willing to obtain):
- Current Working With Children Check
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training
