The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader who can confidently guide curriculum practice and inspire educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children. You will bring:
- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
- Current or recent experience as an Educational Leader
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- A proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop educators
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work five days per week across rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
