We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to help others.
- Has an outgoing personality, someone who can lead, inspire and motivate their team.
- Has previous management/sales experience is desired or at least 3 years experience working in the fitness industry.
- Is passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety.
- Holds a passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has confidence in your skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities
- Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team that consistently delivers Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart.
- Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand.
- Social media management, the use of social media platforms and content creation.
- You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence.
- Develop new and continue to strengthen existing business partnerships.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members.
