Requirements
- A dynamic, outgoing personality who can lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Previous management experience, ideally in the fitness, retail or hospitality industry.
- Passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of the club's membership base through sales management and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team that delivers exceptional member service.
- Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand.
- Ensure the club meets its financial objectives and maintains operational efficiency.
