We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused Club Manager to lead our established Anytime Fitness Springwood club.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead daily club operations and take ownership of overall performance.
- Drive membership sales, lead conversion and key performance targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing, accountable team.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences and improve retention.
- Execute local marketing, social media and lead-generation initiatives.
- Build community partnerships and drive local business growth.
- Maintain premium club standards, safety and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year's leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred).
- Strong sales ability and a proven results-driven mindset.
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Passionate about developing people and leading successful teams.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable working towards KPIs.
- Enthusiasm for health, fitness and community engagement.
What We Offer
- $70,000–$80,000 base salary + performance incentives (OTE $90,000).

Requirements
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
