Assistant Store Manager 2IC – Erina Branch
Key Responsibilities
- Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
- Providing a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention and development
- Assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies, procedures and OH&S compliance
- Supporting the Store Manager
- Leading and supporting your team
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- Ability to engage with and motivate team members
- Client‐driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail
- OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
- Current full driver's licence
