What you'll be doing
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team of retail associates
- Implement effective sales strategies and achieve targeted sales goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
