Anric Group is an established Australian business operating across rail, civil construction, infrastructure, specialist plant hire and associated services.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant to work directly with a Senior Manager.

About the role

This is a diverse, hands‑on position for someone who enjoys being busy, can manage multiple priorities and takes ownership of getting things done.

You won’t simply be managing a diary.

You’ll work closely with Senior Management across many areas of the business, helping manage correspondence, meetings, actions, clients, suppliers, tenders, projects, travel and general day‑to‑day business activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing appointments, meetings and diary commitments.
  • Assisting with emails and correspondence.
  • Preparing letters, reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Maintaining action lists and following up outstanding matters.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and client functions.
  • Assisting with tenders, proposals and project documentation.
  • Organising and maintaining business records and information.
  • Undertaking research and gathering information when required.
  • Helping prioritise incoming requests and deadlines.

About you

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence dealing with clients, suppliers and senior management.
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A willingness to follow people up and keep tasks moving.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • A practical attitude and willingness to help wherever required.

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside senior management of a growing Australian business.

You’ll gain exposure to much more than traditional PA duties, with involvement across operations, major infrastructure projects, business development, plant and equipment, property, client relationships and the wider activities of Anric Group.

For the right person, there is significant opportunity to grow with the role and take on greater responsibility over time.

If you’re highly organised, enjoy responsibility and like being the person who makes sure things actually get done, we’d like to hear from you.
