What You'll Be Doing
- You'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, design practical solutions, and deliver successful outcomes through implementation, consulting, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Depending on your experience, you may be involved in:
- ERP implementation and transformation projects
- System integrations and technical solutions
- Requirements gathering and solution design
- Customer workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Technical configuration, customisation, and development
- Mentoring and supporting other consultants
- Building long-term customer relationships
What We're Looking For
We're seeking people who combine technical capability with outstanding consulting skills. You'll stand out if you have:
- Previous consulting or implementation experience
- Previous integration experience
- Previous experience developing in the NetSuite ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with the NetSuite platforms, integrations with middleware such as Celigo, SaaS solutions, or business systems
- Previous experience developing within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem.
