Animal Welfare League of Queensland (AWLQ) is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor for our Beenleigh Op Shop as we refresh our Thrift Shop concept. This part‐time role is 32 hours a week, including weekends, with progression to full‐time as the program grows.
You will lead a volunteer team, drive customer service excellence, oversee store presentation, and help roll out a new POS and Time & Attendance system.
