Job Description
The Animal Referral Hospital is seeking Part Time Vet Nurses for our after-hour shifts!
- Part Time Veterinary Nurse – 20-30 hours a week.
- Evening, Overnight and Weekend nursing of hospitalized in-patients only
- Based in Sinnamon Park
- Above award wage and after-hours penalties
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
ARH provides round‑the‑clock patient care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About the Role
We are looking for qualified and experienced Veterinary Nurses to care for our surgical inpatients during after‑hours periods. In this role, you will:
- Provide high‑quality nursing care to hospitalized surgical patients
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive clinical team
- Operate under the guidance and direction of our Emergency Veterinarians
- Apply advanced nursing skills and sound clinical judgement in a fast‑paced environment
