Customer Service & Accounts Administrator
AniluinDistribution is a wholesale distributor of specialised IT equipment and consumables across the Point of Sale and Supply Chain industries. We were established in 1981, and have branches located across Australia and New Zealand.
An opportunity currently exists for anAdministration Assistantto join our team located inWoodridge, QLD, 4114.
The successful applicant must be fluent in English and possess excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills. High level computer literacy skills are essential for this role.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Customer service, including answering calls, keying orders and replying to emails.
Light bookeeping duties such as updating Xero and receiving invoices
Filing invoices and other paperwork
General Office Duties
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications & attributes:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload
Organisational and time management skills
Proactive attitude and willing to learn
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Working knowledge of Xero and experience using ERP Software
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
