What you'll be doing
- Supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of engaging educational programs informed by EYLF V2.0.
- Creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and developmental needs.
- Building strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families.
- Contributing to observations, documentation and assessments to support children's learning and development.
- Working collaboratively with the broader team to maintain high-quality teaching practices.
- Supporting an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to thrive.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
What you'll bring
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).
- Knowledge of EYLF V2.0, the NQF, NQS and relevant regulations.
- Experience delivering engaging, high-quality educational programs.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and children's learning and development.
- Confidence building relationships with families and working collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to reflective practice, continuous improvement and child safety.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check.
