You’ll partner closely with senior leaders across DigiTech, ResiTech, Finance, Legal, Cyber Security, Risk, Architecture and Delivery to help shape investment decisions and ensure commercial outcomes balance value, capability, risk, security and service continuity.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and lead Anglicare’s technology commercial strategy, multi-year category strategies, procurement operating model and governed roadmap, aligned with technology strategy, investment priorities and financial objectives
  • Provide strategic commercial advice on major technology investments and sourcing decisions
  • Establish strong governance and performance frameworks for strategic technology suppliers and managed service providers, including remediation, renegotiation, transition and exit planning

  • Lead continuous improvement across procurement, commercial management and supplier governance
  • Lead and develop the technology procurement and commercial function, building capability and accountability across the team

  • A strong track record leading complex, high‑value technology sourcing and commercial negotiations
  • Experience developing procurement, sourcing or commercial strategies within a large, complex organisation
  • A strong understanding of technology categories such as cloud, infrastructure, telecommunications, cyber security, applications, software and managed services
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic supplier, contract management and third‑party risk governance
  • Strong financial capability across technology spend, forecasting, cost optimisation and benefits realisation
  • The ability to influence executives and navigate complex, cross‑functional stakeholder environments
  • Experience leading and developing people and building high‑performing functional capability
  • A relevant qualification in Business, Commerce, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology or a related discipline, with postgraduate or professional procurement qualifications highly regarded
