Anglicare WA is hiring a Youth Worker Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for young people accessing the Y-SHAC program across transitional and 24/7 crisis accommodation. The role is part-time (0.8 FTE, 30 hours/week) across Spearwood and Rockingham until December 2027, with a focus on housing, income, education, training and independent living skills.
