As part of our professional laundry team, you’ll ensure all laundry duties are completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Your work will directly support the comfort and wellbeing of the people Anglicare cares for. You will contribute to a positive team culture by working collaboratively, stepping in to assist others, and maintaining a clean, safe and productive workspace.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Complete all laundry duties in a safe, efficient and effective manner
- Work cooperatively with team members and assist others when your own tasks are complete
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Follow all safe work practices and contribute to Anglicare's strong safety culture
What you'll bring:
- You're dependable, hardworking and take pride in doing the job well.
- You enjoy contributing to a cohesive team and understand the importance of delivering consistent, high-quality work.
What's required:
- Demonstrated ability to work in a production, manufacturing, laundry, or similar operational environment
- Commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
What's preferred:
- Certificate II in Laundry Operations (preferred)
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with others.
- Ability to work quickly, maintain productivity and multitask
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
