Angle Finance is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage an assigned portfolio of overdue accounts, helping reduce arrears, maximise recoveries and support fair customer outcomes.
You will engage with customers to understand their circumstances, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, monitor follow-up activity and determine when matters should be escalated for hardship, dispute, asset risk, mercantile or legal recovery actions.
