The Production and Service Technician plays a critical role in delivering promises to our customers by performing assembly tasks to meet targets and maintain product quality.
The role is responsible for factory processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of safety-first and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timber and aluminium cutting, punching, and glass preparation.
- Assist with on-site services including lock/handle replacements and oversized glass handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Conduct quality checks and support quarterly stock takes.
