JBS Dinmore Plant in Queensland is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead cross-functional CI initiatives across meat processing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, yield and cost efficiency.
You will collaborate with production, quality, safety, maintenance and leadership to identify opportunities, apply Lean Six Sigma techniques, manage projects and drive sustainable improvements.
