Andonis Cafè & Bar is seeking an experienced Area/Multi-site Manager (Hospitality) to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane QLD 4000, where you will oversee the operational excellence and commercial success of multiple cafes. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing a group of cafe managers, ensuring consistent service delivery, maintaining brand standards and driving profitability across your portfolio of locations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business performance whilst leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple sites.
What you'll be doing
Oversee daily operations across multiple hospitality venues, ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards
Manage, coach and develop site managers and their teams to achieve performance targets and maintain company values
Monitor and analyse financial performance, budgets and profitability across all assigned sites
Implement and enforce policies, procedures and compliance requirements across all venues
Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency, staff performance and customer satisfaction
Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives whilst maintaining brand reputation and service excellence
Manage staff recruitment, training and retention strategies across multiple locations
Identify and address operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Liaise with senior management to report on performance metrics and strategic initiatives
Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
What we're looking for
Proven experience managing multiple sites or areas in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff across multiple locations
Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control and P&L responsibility
Excellent operational knowledge of hospitality venues including cafés, bars or restaurants
Outstanding customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in hospitality management systems and MS Office applications
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food service compliance requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound business decisions under pressure
Preferred: Experience in fast-casual dining, café operations or multi-venue management within Australia
