Andi-Co Australia is a family-owned importer and distributor of premium European and soon to be US appliances for household and professional applications across Australia, since 1982. We provide top of the range appliances and service to our customers.
To support our strategic growth in Queensland, we are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager, Projects and Specification, based in Brisbane, to join our passionate and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the Queensland projects and specification market, getting our brands specified into some of the state’s most premium residential developments.
About the Role:
As our Account Manager, Projects and Specification (QLD), you’ll own and grow sales across the Southeast Queensland projects and commercial channel, with a focus on Liebherr and La Cornue. That means building strong relationships with developers, builders, architects, interior designers and commercial merchants, getting our brands specified early, and following every project through from specification to quote, order and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on your territory sales budget — monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Visit, train and support commercial merchant accounts, holding regular business meetings and sharing results against agreed objectives
- Make sure display stock and stands are well presented, to a premium standard, and delivering a strong return
- Manage open orders, quotes and forecasts so that volumes, models and delivery dates are accurate
- Meet with developers, architects and designers to get our products specified into new residential developments
- Follow each specification through every stage — from specification to quote, forecast and delivery
- Build a strong network of specifiers using project lead tools and industry events
- Identify new business and display opportunities across the Southeast Queensland projects and commercial channel
- Be the trusted, go-to expert on our brands for commercial and showroom sales teams
- Deliver professional presentations to the architecture and design community that bring our premium brands to life
- Work with Marketing to make sure our brand message lands with Queensland customers
- Respond quickly to pricing, quote and service requests, and help resolve service and spare parts issues with our internal teams
- Keep the project order pipeline up to date and share market, competitor and industry insights with the wider team
- Prepare and present a monthly update at our national Project Sales meeting
- Take part in team meetings, conferences and events, bringing new ideas and backing your colleagues
What we’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar projects, specification or account management role — ideally in appliances, kitchens, building products or a related industry
- Strong existing connections across the Brisbane and Southeast Queensland architecture and design community, developers and builders
- A proven track record of growing a territory and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident presenting to architects, designers, developers and sales teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound business sense, strong organisation and the ability to manage a pipeline of projects at different stages
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with AI and/or project lead platforms highly regarded
- Based in Brisbane or Southeast Queensland, and comfortable working independently from a home office and on the road
- Current driver’s licence and your own reliable car (a car allowance is provided), with flexibility to attend events outside regular business hours when needed
Why Join Andi-Co?
- Attractive package: base salary plus commission, and a car allowance
- Own the Southeast Queensland projects and specification market, with real autonomy over how you grow your territory
- Represent world‑class brands including Liebherr, Falcon, La Cornue, AGA and Novy — and be first across new US brands as they launch
- Flexible, home‑based role in Brisbane with the backing of a supportive national sales team
- A family‑owned, stable business with a collaborative, values‑driven culture
Our mission is People First, Evolving Always, brought to life through our values of Curiosity, Trust and Unity. It’s this mindset that shapes how we work together and look after our employees, customers and suppliers every day.
