About the Role – Every Day Is Different!

This is an exciting, hands‐on, field‐based position where you'll travel to customer sites, work with different machinery and help businesses get the best performance from their equipment.

You'll play an important role in our service team, providing technical support and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing CNC machinery and edgebanders.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and technical faults.
• Visiting customer sites to provide hands‐on technical support.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Assisting with machinery installations, setup and commissioning.
• Helping customers maximise the performance of their machinery.
• Building strong customer relationships through professional and reliable service.
• Working alongside an experienced team while developing specialist technical knowledge.
• Travel throughout NSW will be required, with occasional interstate travel.

About You – We Want the Right Person!

We don't expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a mechanical, electrical or industrial machinery background, or a genuine interest in these areas.
• Has experience with CNC machinery or edgebanders (highly regarded, but not essential).
• Enjoys working with their hands and solving technical problems.
• Is motivated, curious and excited to learn about new technology.
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys doing things properly.
• Has good communication skills and enjoys helping customers.
• Is reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Enjoys being part of a team and sharing knowledge.
• Is comfortable travelling to customer sites throughout NSW, with occasional interstate travel.
• Holds a current driver's licence.
