The Senior Solution Consultant is a critical member of our Presales team, responsible for partnering with Account Executives to drive the technical and business value of our solutions for prospective clients within a specific industry vertical (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail). This role requires deep industry expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of our product suite to articulate how our offerings solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable ROI.
This role focuses on driving Anaplan’s Supply Chain planning solutions especially in Retail/CPG industry, but not limited to it.
What you will be doing:
- Drive Enterprise Strategic Deals with Account Executives: Partner directly with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and drive larger, strategic deals into the Enterprise segment.
- AI-Powered EPM Solution Storytelling: Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of our EPM solutions, showcasing how integrated AI capabilities enhance accuracy, automate processes, and enable more intelligent decision-making across supply chain planning solutions.
- Deep Industry & EPM Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of EPM best practices, relevant industry trends, and how AI is transforming performance management.
- Enterprise Architecture Understanding & Integration: Possess a critical understanding of broad enterprise IT landscapes, including ERP, CRM, and other key systems.
- Technical & Value Translation: Translate intricate EPM functionalities and AI-driven insights into tangible business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a pivotal EPM and AI subject matter expert, partnering effectively with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams.
More about you:
- MBA / PG Diploma / B. Eng/ BSc / Bcom / BA / CA or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Software or System Integration Companies or IT Departments either in industry, consulting or presales.
- Prior experience in Supply Chain space is required for this role.
- Prior experience using any of the relevant planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder etc would be ideal.
- Experience working in Retail or CPG Industry is a plus!
- Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills.
