About the Role\
\
Part-time role: 15 - 20 hours per week\
\

- Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.\
- Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.\
- Handling transactions efficiently at the register.\
- Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.\
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.\
- Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.\
- Supporting in different departments across the store\

Who We Are Looking For\
\
Minimum 1 year of experience working with bikes:\
\
- \
- Solid understanding of modern drivetrains, hydraulic brakes and suspension.\
- Strong attention to detail and great customer service skills.\
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for our products\
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach\
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.\
- Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.\
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training!\
