To meet these objectives, the Power BI Analyst will include the following:
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query.
Design and develop interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI.
Create and manage data models, relationships, and calculations using DAX.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reports.
Implement rowlevel security (RLS) and follow data governance and security standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand KPIs and present insights clearly.
Monitor report performance and optimize datasets and refresh schedules.
Support users by troubleshooting data issues and enhancing existing reports.
Document reports, data models, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related
field.
Proven experience working with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M language).
Experience working with SQL and relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, etc.).
Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
