Ampol is seeking dynamic Assistant Store Managers to coach retail staff, enhance customer service, and embody the Ampol brand.
You’ll assist in day-to-day operations, opening/closing, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
In this role you’ll lead by example on customer service, manage stock, control costs, and support a 7-day roster including nights and weekends.
