Ampol Retail is seeking a Site Conversion Lead to drive a national site conversion program across Australia. Reporting to the Centre of Excellence, you will lead a team of Site Conversion Advisors, coordinate with Field Operation Integration Leads, PMO, vendors and stakeholders to ensure safe, timely and quality deployment with minimal business disruption.
You will bring proven experience leading large-scale operational transformation in retail, strong governance and risk management.
