Ample Life Care is seeking a casual Disability Support Worker for the Sydney Eastern Suburbs, including Kingsford and surrounding areas.
You will support participants with mental health and psychosocial needs, assisting with daily activities, independence and community participation.
You will work under the SIL Care Team, following participant plans, BSPs where applicable, and maintaining accurate records while collaborating with families and health professionals.
