Administration Officer - Government, Justice and Corrections
Silverwater / Rhodes | $47.75 – $52.29 per hour | Temporary, up to 12 months
We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join a NSW Government operations team for up to 12 months. You’ll be the go-to person keeping a busy, specialist team running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls and enquiries
- Maintain records, databases and documentation
- Prepare reports, operational data and correspondence
- Process leave and work release documentation
- Help with purchasing, asset management and admin transactions
- Work with internal teams and external service providers
- Handle sensitive, confidential information accurately
What you’ll bring
- Admin and clerical experience in a busy environment
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- Clear communication and good stakeholder skills
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and corporate systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Government, justice or corrections experience is highly regarded
