Ampcontrol is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the Cable Services team in Thornton, NSW. You will manage up to 10 staff, oversee daily workshop operations, scheduling, customer support, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will report to the Workshop Manager and ensure performance aligns with customer expectations, production targets, and quality standards, while mentoring staff and delivering projects safely and on time.
