A well-established, physician-led healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join its growing orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a focused hand surgery practice within a highly supportive and collaborative environment while enjoying immediate volume, strong APP support, and access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology.

- Build a focused Orthopedic Hand Surgery practice within a growing orthopedic program
- Join a team of established orthopedic surgeons within a physician-led PSA structure
- Flexible clinic + OR schedule with the ability to shape your practice
- New, fully equipped operating rooms with MAKO robotics available
- Strong APP support with 4 dedicated advanced practice providers
- Sports team affiliations and opportunities for sports-related coverage
- High patient demand with volumes ranging from approximately 30–70 patients per day
- Competitive compensation package including approximately $650,000 base salary + RVU production incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
