We are seeking a passionate and committed HSIE Teacher to join our dynamic and collaborative faculty. This role involves teaching Commerce as the main subject area, together with other Humanities subjects across Years 7–10.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and effective HSIE curriculum for Stage 4-5 syllabus.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement.
- Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback on student progress and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a cohesive and innovative HSIE faculty.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in teaching Commerce and junior HSIE subjects.
- Strong knowledge of the NSW Curriculum and Assessment framework.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Current Working with Children Check clearance.
