This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the responsibility of high-level Partner support, thrives on keeping a busy practice running smoothly and takes genuine pride in being a trusted, reliable member of the team. The Opportunity

You'll work closely with two experienced Litigation Partners, including a senior practice leader, taking ownership of their day-to-day organisation and administrative support. There's a strong executive support element to this role, particularly around diary and inbox management, alongside the traditional responsibilities of a Litigation Legal Assistant.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

This is a role where your ability to anticipate what's needed, manage competing priorities and take initiative without being prompted will be genuinely appreciated.

About You

You'll be an experienced Legal Assistant with a strong background in Litigation or Dispute Resolution, ideally gained within a busy commercial law firm. We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Confidence supporting senior Partners and managing demanding schedules
  • Excellent diary, inbox and organisational skills
  • Strong litigation document preparation and court filing experience
  • A proactive approach and ability to stay one step ahead
