You will use your customer service skills visiting customers and over the phone and email, answering general customer enquiries, compile quotations and process customer orders, and other general day to day administration tasks. You will work within a small team and liaise with others, while also with an open mind to work across all areas of the business as needed.
Key responsibilities
Promoting our products and services to existing trade accounts as well as seeking out new business opportunities
Conducting external sales visits and maintaining customer relationships across the NSW territory
Assisting with telephone sales
Responding to customer enquiries
Processing of orders
About you
Experience/knowledge of marine industry and boating products
Exceptional organisational, time management, verbal/written skills and attention to detail
Mature mindset and strong work ethic
Able to work unsupervised and take initiative
Drivers Licence
Competent in MS Office (word/excel/outlook)
After successful completion of 3 month probation AMI offers additional 10 paid Well Being Days a year, to be taken between February and November, at a rate of one per month and at an agreed time with your manager
Potential to progress further within sales, management and support roles across our AMI Group companies
