AMES Australia is seeking an Employment Mentor to provide individualized support, guidance and coaching to job seekers from CALD backgrounds who face barriers to employment. You will work from our Parramatta location on an ongoing full-time basis, helping clients secure suitable opportunities within identified time frames.
You will manage caseloads, coordinate job search training and liaise with employers to facilitate inclusive employment for CALD candidates.
