What you’ll Do
As the HR Manager, you will join a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across our Brisbane operations.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments.

You will be the trusted people partner for warehouse operations and support teams.
You’ll lead key HR initiatives, coach leaders, and ensure our people practices support safety, compliance, and business performance.
This role is hands-on, influential, and central to creating an engaged, inclusive, and productive workforce.
Key duties include but are not limited to
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver effective workforce planning and people strategies.
- Lead employee relations matters and build strong relationships with union representatives.
- Drive performance, talent development, and leadership capability across sites.
- Champion culture and engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience.
- Ensure HR processes comply with legislation, enterprise agreements, and company policies.
- Use HR data and insights to influence decisions and improve organisational effectiveness.
- What Experience and Education You Need
- 5 + years' experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist role.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, supply chain or similar operational environments.
- Strong ER/IR capability with confidence engaging with unions and employee representatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business (preferred).
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel across to multiple sites in Brisbane sites and work in cold/chiller environments during visits..
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships.
