Americold is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to provide practical safety leadership and support across Arndell Park and Prospect sites. This role partners closely with operational leaders to drive a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with WHS legislation, and improve safety performance across the region.
You will lead risk assessments, manage critical risks such as ammonia refrigeration and hazardous chemicals, conduct investigations, and guide site readiness, training, and injury management.
