Key job responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and on-boarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers.
- Support with auditing the compliance to defined processes and procedures including but not limited to Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting and Associate Experience.
- Continually identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects.
- Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ months of human resources experience.
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- High school or equivalent.
- Experience in confidential environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of human resources experience.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
