In this role, you will work with engineering teams, product management, and operational stakeholders to execute and document delivery of government customer ecommerce system development, deployment and user acceptance testing (UAT) programs with considerable impact. You will cover the end-to-end development cadence and testing readiness strategy — from test case requirements definition through test automation, stakeholder sign-off, and launch — operating with limited guidance in environments where the business problem, program strategy, and technology solutions may not yet be fully defined.

You will work in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and must be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must have strong business judgment, dive deep into data, working with engineering teams on technical solution development and trade off; while also be comfortable with proposing and delivering processing tactical actions. Candidates must be able to multi-task different business operation tasks within Amazon, engineering teams, and external vendors. The best candidates will have deep understanding of prioritisation and task completion.

This role will lead complex, cross-organisational technical programs spanning multiple areas within Amazon Leo Government and external partners. Focusing on the customer lifecycle integration and optimisation by driving architectural decisions and delivery of mission-critical solutions across Amazon Leo internal ecommerce and support systems, SAP, ServiceNow and other related platforms while ensuring alignment with government service requirements and commercial capabilities.
