    • Maintain and optimize training spaces including electrical panels, UPS units, HVAC trainers, and generator simulators.
    • Develop SOPs for lab equipment covering electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems.
    • Create practical scenarios simulating real‑world infrastructure situations and emergencies.
    • Support setup and commissioning of new training labs across regions, and prepare equipment for upcoming sessions.
  • Program Development & Improvement
    • Collaborate with SMEs to develop and refine training materials.
    • Identify improvements to content and delivery methods.
    • Create supporting documentation for electrical/mechanical systems and emergency procedures.
    • Stay current with latest critical infrastructure technologies and operational practices.
    • Gather and act on feedback from trainees, managers, and instructors to continuously enhance program quality.
