Amazon Inc. Australia is seeking a Learning Program Manager to own the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs for sites and Field teams across the Australian operations network. You will shape onboarding, technical and process capability, and launch readiness for new sites.
You will partner with Operations leadership, Field learning teams, PXT, ACES and other cross-functional partners to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions with measurable impact.
