Amazing Clean is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Marcoola team. This full-time role keeps our office running smoothly and our customers well looked after.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise technician routing and scheduling across Southeast Queensland
- Handle customer enquiries and assist with quotes and services
- Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support HR tasks including onboarding, payroll, and leave
- Assist with Accounts Receivable and general admin
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years in office management or admin
- Experience with scheduling/routing for a mobile or field team is a plus
- Confident, customer-focused communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ServiceM8 and Xero experience preferred (training available)
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle priorities
