Responsibilities
- Lead private equity pre‑deal due diligence projects including investment thesis support to clients, primary research campaigns, and analytical model development.
- Lead private equity post‑deal value creation projects including turnarounds, cost‑outs, growth assessments, organizational design, and related engagements.
- Support senior staff with client development work related to pre‑ and post‑deal transaction work.
- Generate business leads and act as a mentor to the junior staff; especially in regard to A&M Australian staff; engage in practice development, marketing and selling efforts.
