Altrad is seeking a capable Workforce Planning Coordinator for its Planning & Mobilisation team, based at Subiaco head office, Monday to Friday. You will coordinate workforce planning across multiple projects, forecast labour needs and support rostering, deployment and optimisation of resources.
Ideal candidates hold experience in workforce coordination, rostering and scheduling within mining, oil and gas or construction environments, with strong Excel and HRIS skills and the ability to engage.
