Altius is seeking a Rehabilitation Counsellor to join the Campbelltown office. You will identify and address physical, psychological, social, environmental and organisational factors impacting return-to-work and provide strategies to address these factors in practice.
Key duties include:
- Completing return-to-work case management under WorkCover
- Conducting assessments (Initial Needs, Functional Capacity, Workplace and Vocational)
- Delivering vocational counselling
- Facilitating well-being
